  • Shipping order tracking and delivery

    • Once you place the order, you will get an email confirmation from us with details about your purchase along with the order number.
    • When the order is dispatched, you will get an email with the tracking details of your order so you can contact the delivery partner on the status of your order.
    • We aim to process orders within one working day as we want to endeavour to deliver them to you as soon as possible. If/in case there is a delay in processing the order from our end, someone from our team will reach out to keep you informed of the same.

    • We ship all over India.



    Email verification policy

    Email will be sent at the time of registration and the customer will have to verify this by filling in the OTP that they receive on the email



    Payments

    • We accept visa, Mastercard, American express, UPI, cash on delivery, net banking
    • Your purchase will be charged as soon as you complete your order. You will receive an email confirmation for the order
    • If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact the bank or card provider if you have any questions.
    • For COD, you will pay cash to the courier service representative delivering the parcel. We recommend you to have the exact amount available to smoothen the process







    Returns and exchange

    • Return is eligible only if the garment has reached you in a damaged condition from our end and/or if the sizing is not to your liking. You can then email us at orders@nocturnallabel.com
    • Please note that in case the product that reached you has a manufacturing defect and/or the sizing is not to your liking, then you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to send an email, along with reference pictures of the garment, to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it. 
    • Please note that the product must be returned unused and all labels must be attached. 
    • Currently we do not offer exchanges on our orders due to logistic capacity. 
    • However, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it and then place a new order.

    Cancellation and modification

    • You can cancel the order within one hour of placing it on the website before the order is dispatched by sending an email to orders@nocturnallabel.com.
    • A complete refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders that are canceled within one hour of placing the order. The refund will be processed only after it returns to the warehouse and passes the routine quality check within 3-5 working days.
    • Modification of the order will not be possible once the order is placed. Kindly request you to initiate a ‘cancellation’ request first, then place a fresh new order for the items you want.
