Cancellation & Modification
- You can cancel the order within one hour of placing it on the website before the order is dispatched by sending an email to orders@nocturnallabel.com.
- A complete refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders that are canceled within one hour of placing the order. The refund will be processed only after it returns to the warehouse and passes the routine quality check within 3-5 working days.
- Modification of the order will not be possible once the order is placed. Kindly request you to initiate a ‘cancellation’ request first, then place a fresh new order for the items you want.
